Our approach to the proposal management process is simple and has proven most effective within and across varying diverse organizations and industries. Our deep and vast experience has enabled and empowered us to know what works and what does not. We are not theorists or talkers; we are strategic thought leaders who DO with prudence and proficiency. We have learned firsthand the importance and value of understanding and building our business solutions around our client’s proposal management process lifecycle rather than just answering questions in an RFP. We create real solutions for our clients that factor in things like nuanced operational environments, fractured process management practices, unique and diverse team dynamics, shoestring pursuit budgets, poor competitive market positioning, and underdeveloped technological infrastructures. With this said, our solution approach is not one size fits all, but we can confidently declare there is no proposal management problem with which you will be faced that does not fit our solutions.

PROCESS
Process is the underpinning of everything we do at CCPC. When we say 'process,' we do not mean rigid and static, but rather 'fluid order.' Every project we touch undergoes thorough analysis, at the outset, to determine how best our proprietary process will be applied to resolve our client's specific proposal management challenges. Process is where and when we identify your problem and construct a process framework that directly addresses things like: What needs to change? Why does it need to change? When does it need to change? What have been the hinderances to change occurring to date? What requirements must be met to make the change successful? Who needs to be engaged in the change management process? What information and/or tools are needed to make the change successful? What is the desired outcome? How will success be evaluated and measured? Answering these questions, and others similar to them, enables and empowers CCPC to, first, clear our client's existing proposal management landscape of any and all obstacles and/or debris operationally. Then, in concert with our client, we will compose a process blueprint, inclusive of rules of engagement, executable within their specific timeframe, budget, and environmental conditions. After that, in preparation for roadmap construction ahead in strategy formation, we will establish a formal but customized proposal management process that provides course of action for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling any and all required project activities to produce the desired outcome.
STRATEGY
At the core of strategy formation is the Project Roadmap which, at a high-level, connects the 'how' to the desired project goal by way of the predefined process. Fueled by executable tasks that are iteratively developed and organized by each overarching strategic phase - Formation, Execution, Assessment and Refinement; the Project Roadmap begins to transform into a living, breathing document known as the Project Management Plan. The Project Management Plan (PMP) is what gives the Project Roadmap hands and feet to chart course through each overarching strategic phase with clear direction, the right supply of arsenal and steady momentum. Throughout each strategic phase, the PMP serves as the Project Navigator to ensure all proposal management work is effectively and efficiently planned, organized, sourced, directed and monitored; from contract-signing-to-project-completion. More specifically, but generally, the PMP is comprised of SMART goals; stakeholders and roles; project scope and budget; milestones, deliverables and project dependencies; timeline and scheduling; a communication plan; success metrics; and risk mitigation. Once our client's proposal management operations have been armored with the PMP and Project Plan, they are able to start taking advantage of streamlined and gainful results immediately following strategic execution.
TECHNOLOGY
Technology is one of the primary vehicles through which CCPC delivers on its solution promise to provide simple and profitable proposal management expertise to our clients. If process is the car and strategy is the fuel, then technology is the engine that spurs their movement. As such, we take great care to identify and downselect the technology tool best suited to meet our client's current needs while being scalable to grow with them as they progress toward their future goals. CCPC has built solid alliances with several technology partners within the industry whose tools, coupled with our solution approach, have historically proven to yield unmatched results for our clients. From content management to improved proposal management process efficiencies, having the right technology tool is critical to seeing measurable results from CCPC's consulting solutions. When we have rightly fitted a technology tool to our client's proposal management needs, we facilitate integration, implementation, training, roll-out and support of it within their proposal management operations throughout the life of their project contract. *Note: In 2025, CCPC will be releasing its proprietary and patented (in-process) tool designed to meet the industry’s unique and longstanding market demand of offering technology that has the capacity and functional to automate the proposal management process for both commercial and government bids.
DEVELOPMENT
Development is the source from which life is breathed into process, strategy and technology. Our approach to development is simple - we execute with diligence, mastery and foresight. We do our due diligence to invest the time and resources at the outset to find and prepare for effective and efficient execution of every project upon which we embark. We have mastered the art of knowing what to do, how to do and when to do it. We lean on our proven, deep and vast experience coupled with our "supernatural power," which when exercised, enable us to execute with precise foresight. These are the core ingredients that make what CCPC does work exceptionally well.
CREATIVE
CCPC's approach to the creative process is different than most. Rather than it being a supplemental effort to our solution process, it is conjoined with all other aspects of it - project management, writing and technology workflows. First, we seek to understand our clients - who they are, their story, what they stand for and what makes them unique in the marketplace. This typically occurs in process and strategy development. Then, we work collaboratively with our writers to assign creative language to our findings. When the technology tool is integrated and implemented, we seek out, capture and creatively transmit how process, strategy and technology coalesce to enable and empower our clients to sell their products and/or services in a provoking way. During development, these findings are configured into artistic elements that give creative expression to solution presentation, messaging, brand imaging and competitive advantages.
