At a high-level:
1. To get started, contact our office via phone at (952) 377-8182 or the Contact Us page on our website to schedule a free 45-minute consultation. During your consultation, a Chief Consultant will perform further discovery into your specific project needs to identify the consulting solution(s) that is best suited to help you meet your short- and long-term goals.
2. After the consultation, we will put together a proposal (which will be the basis of the consulting contract) that thoroughly outlines the objectives/goals, scope of work, deliverables, rules of engagement, timeline and KPIs for your project.
3. Upon your acceptance of our proposal, we will establish and fully execute the consulting contract with you.
4. Once the consulting contract has been fully executed, you will be assigned a dedicated Project Concierge who will be your primary point-of-contact, act as your subject matter expert and be the liaison between you and your consulting team, from Day 1 throughout project lifecycle. Within 24-48 hours of the consulting contract being fully executed, your assigned Project Concierge will contact you to schedule a Leadoff Meeting (typically within one week of scheduling).
5. In preparation for your Leadoff Meeting, you will be asked to, as best you can, organize a list of requested information for which your Project Concierge will provide you at the time your Leadoff Meeting is scheduled.
6. From the Leadoff Meeting through to the Ascend Period, your dedicated Project Concierge will lead you to and through each touchpoint of CCPC's solution process.
Typically, ramp-up times can range from six-to-12 weeks depending on factors like partner's ability to properly prep for Leadoff Meeting, state of pre-existing workflow and/or technological infrastructure, availability of key project stakeholders, and the like. Since this process is indeed a collaborative one, there is equal responsibility on our partner and us to ensure timelines are met. This includes honoring all timelines established at the outset of project readiness through to the Ascend Period. When this is mutually upheld, six-to-12 weeks is a typical timeframe to expect your project to be fully ramped up.
To honor our commitment to uphold our seven-star service standard, CCPC prioritizes being accessible to our partners. With partners around the globe, we purpose to ensure our working hours mirror that of their core operations. We do this by establishing a "real" timeline for our partner's specific project with their objectives and goals at the forefront of it all. Our timelines have always been structured to, first, work within typical operating hours. We do, however, understand working outside of these hours may be necessary to uphold our seven-star service commitment to our partners. As such, and in which case, we adjust ourselves accordingly by seeing to it that our partners have direct access to their Project Concierge when and where needed.
Generally, however, CCPC's operating hours are Monday through Thursday, from 9am-6pm CST, and Fridays, from 9am-1pm CST.
